EDIT: I formatted the usb stick from NTFS to FAT32 file system and it does work. For anyone wanting to use a USB stick or external hard drive. Format it to FAT32 first, then copy your songs over. Do not make the folder structure more than 7 folders deep according to the manual. The deeper the unit has to dig, the longer the songs takes to load. They recommend 2 folders deep.

i.e: FOLDER > FOLDER > songname.mp3

I love my bespoke. I only use it for Bluetooth (doesn't work with my iphone 5), but it does what I care for it to do quite well.

As someone who has been working with iphone and android since their inception, I can sympathize with the devs for not wanting to support android, it's a nightmare. They have warranty complaints now because iphone5 won't work with the video out. Imagine is they had hundreds of build targets (resolution, os, input, etc combinations) to worry about. I'd rather dig my own eyeballs out with my fingers than support a production android app.

I have a Canadian FR-S and I bought the up graded unit. it technically isn't the BeSpoke unit but it looks the same.

It has very few selection of options. Honestly i would be happy if I could change the back ground and the start up image - but I cant.

it would be better if it has screen saver options that played along with the music.

this is about all I feel it is missing. and the system sould be so much better if it had these options.

(Navigation and GPS would be great too!!!)

Because they have publicly said that there is gonna be a brand new BeSpoke for the 2014MY, I won't get your hopes up. Hopefully they didn't go full retard with this one so you don't need an app to do anything.

I have a nodded I phone and I changed the software to be able to convert over to android. Modified the app to be downloaded to my droid and then connected my phone into the car and modified the firmware onside the HU and now it works with my Droid... It's not difficult if you know security software mapping.

By any chance is there a demo or video of your software, would be nice to be able to see how it works and for others to be able to use as well.

I'm working on developong a way to make it available for everyone... I already helped out another local guy here with it... Video really won't do any good since you need an iPhone that has both apple and droid property settings in it... I'm working on making the modified app for everyone though...
