ALL SCION OWNERS WITH BESPOKE PLEASE READ
 

If you are like me and got the upgraded Bespoke radio and are completely unsatisfied with its lack of capabilities. I urge you to call this number 1-866-707-2466. It is the scion quality line, basically you can call and complain and that's exactly what i did. They have opened a case number for this "issue" which is 1212171740. I personally would be happy if they just swapped my head unit out with the BRZ's and that's what i told them. The guy on the phone stated that he opened the case and that the upper management reviews it every week. So I'm hoping that if enough of us pissed off guys call they will do something about it. cant hurt to try. i thank everyone in advance if you call. :thanks:

Yeah I dont think they are going to put a BRZ radio in since that will included getting the antenna installed and a new antenna base.

All I'm saying is please call and complain. And I thought they were the same antenna.

I don't have a Bespoke system in mine, but I was wondering if it had a car setting like the stock Scion stereo.

In my stock Scion stereo, there was the option to change the car type to the FR-S. My dealer had forgotten to change it and the difference was night/day.

^This^ You aren't going to get a BRZ head unit. It's just not in the budget. One of the reasons the BRZ is a little bit more than the FR-S. BRZ is still cheaper in the end though. Insurance on the FR-S is just too much...

I understand that they're not going to switch it out with the BRZ but at least I'm trying to do something. The only way there ever going to know that were unhappy with something is if we call and tell them.

What specifically is it about the functionality of the BeSpoke that you are upset with? While I am in agreeance that it is not the best touchscreen HU around, but it does the main things I want a HU to do for me; play music off my iPod, AM/FM radio, and a CD tray....

MUCH better! Luckily I already knew about this 'fix' when I took delivery of my car. As expected, mine was set to TC (by default) and it sounded crumby.

Just sell your bespoke and buy another unit. This just sounds whiney.

i actually like the bespoke and have put off putting in my pioneer z130bt for later. not in a rush like i thought i was going to be.

this is probably the plan but if we can get a ton of ppl to launch complaints and they do something about it then ill be happy.

as far as what i dont like about the unit...basically everything yes it does bluetooth but thats about it. i dont want or have an iphone (i am an android guy) there for my 840$ radio cant even live up to its pathetic excuse of an existence.
