Guys a fav pls, please check your oil level and report?

I checkedmine a week ago and all was still 100%
Then again I only had 1500km then.

8000km, still at the correct level and I've never topped up.

7500km sat at 100%, did oil change run another 3000km still 100%. Put a TRD filter in, added into the filter to lubricate the filter, 1000km still 100%.

In my opinion this car does not use oil, I am on 12000km, taken her through all types of driving and never added a drop of oil. Checked hot and cold conditions.

Coolant is stitting about 3 cm from low, while,cold but after a run to work I check and level is back to high.

What's the issue GeeTee

Serviced mine in Sasolburg. Was the first one they serviced, took the morning off to watch them to ensure the correct oil was used. Had to leave the car there for the whole day as they forgot to order the correct oil and filter. It was strange that the new filter is also a Subaru branded item. The service is straight forward so no need to worry about the messing it up.

Im on 5000. Oil change done at 1800. Check regularly now and fine...

Coolant is always half at cold and always full at warm...

Nearly 8200km and no oil added so far. Coolant looking low though...

Was over filled from new. After oil change again over filled. Sitting at about 5mm above 2 nd hole.

Oil level still fine after 6000km, coolant level still just above full when engine is cold. (no top ups)

Hi guys. Has any one been able to get hold of any 0W20 here in South Africa? Pulling my hair out trying to get some. Only Fuchs have any but its Silkolene Pro R (bike racing oil). Their Titan GT1 would be brilliant but they import the stuff from Germany!

When you have your car serviced they'll replace it with 5W30.

The dealer asked for a lead time of 2 weeks so they can source the correct oil.

@Ayrton - I've used Mobil 1 0w20 before ( not in my 86 ) - you get them at most Engens
