Fun to see the idea of where Mattel gets their cars from, did they give you bunch or 'special edition' for employees only?

I'd almost like to ask if I can send you one for the shop to autograph and send it back to me. Postage paid of course.

Just curious, but do you guys get some sort of royalties by doing this? Or is this more of a free advertisement kind of thing?

Yes, I've been hunting for the S2K for a few weeks now but haven't gotten my hands on one yet.

Anyone recognize if this was modeled after a known real life bosozoku car?

Got the 2 hachiroku variants:

And 2 bosozoku cars because I'd never expect a niche derivative of Japanese biker gang/car subculture to make a jump into American mainstream.

Keep an eye out on the Matchbox too, sometimes they release new cars there first.

Dealership has scaled (forgot the scale but ~5 inches) pulls-cars of the FRS but no blue so I kept my $10. They have lava, black, and white. You interested PM me.
