Ordered a few parts from Jeremy now. Nothing but great customer service all around and always responds within a timely manner. Will undoubtedly use for the future.

These guys are awesome, really helped me getting my header back exhaust, and intake from perrin. Quick and thoughtful responses, good pricing and fast shipping. I just wish I had more money.

I had an interesting experience with ft86speedfactory. I ordered HVT camber plates and was accidentally sent two for he right side of the car. I contacted them over Memorial Day weekend and amazingly received a response on Memorial Day. They took care of me and made sure that I received the correct replacement part in time for my autox this Sunday. Mistakes happen but they did what they needed to do to make it right without any frustration on my part. That's the mark of a good company to me.

As many people have stated, great customer service with fast response times. I did not receive a shipment confirmation email or tracking number, so I simply sent a email explaining this. I received a response in less than 15 minutes with all the tracking info enclosed. Package arrived today. Will definitely buy through them again!

Ordered a muffler delete and a Perrin stubby antenna.
Received my products exactly one week after they shipped, including going through customs into Canada!

Great service.
Oh, and the Laffy Taffy inside the box... Made my day! lol
Would definitely buy from them again. Like Sharris721 said, I wish I had more money!

Yea im sick of trying to call and email. No reply on either front. No tracking number on shipments, no update under my account on their site. Not impressed.

EDIT. Coilovers arrived today so shipping was indeed fast. That said ST packed them very poorly, Box was in great shape on the outside but inside everything had moved out of the straps and springs and perches were rolling around and damaging the surface of a few parts. Not FT86Speedfactorys fault.

They had it in stock, shipped it fast. But not having any communication after 2 emails and 1 answered call out of 7 is not my idea of great customer service. Sorry guys guess you are having an off week from that famous customer service.
