Hey all, I wanted to share a bit.

Jeremy @ FT-86 SpeedFactory is one awesome dude. I ordered a crap ton of parts through his company on Friday, and I received my first shipment today, Tuesday. literally 5 minutes after I placed my order online, I received an email telling me that some of my parts are back-ordered, but that was already on the website when I ordered, so no biggie. Then, began a conversation between the company and I, with no more than 15-20 minutes between responses.

So, tell your friends, tell your momma, these guys offer amazingly fast shipping (it was all free for my order, by the way), good prices, and excellent customer service. I WILL be shopping there again. If they carried everything I wanted for my car, I'd never shop anywhere else.

Does FT86SpeedFactory send out tracking numbers once orders are shipped?

I ordered on Friday and haven't heard anything yet outside of an order confirmation email. I know it's early, but I'm impatient! :slap:

Yes. From their main company name (I assume) which is jb autosports.

I'll jump on this band wagon, I'm digging my HKS intake. Thank you Jeremy and all at FT86SpeedFactory.

Check your spam as well sometimes they end up there. Depending on when you ordered Friday it may not have gone out until today. UPS/Fed Ex leaves us around 3pm CST.

I knew something wasn't quite right because I've only heard rave reviews about you guys. You get a big thumbs up from me too! :thumbup:

I'll chime in also. I haven't had anything but great customer service from them. I ordered rally armor mud flaps, and a perrin master Cylinder brace to be shipped over night. I got an email sent that said they weren't sure if they were going to be able to get the perrin brace sent over night, but were working with perrin to get it done. Both items showed up next day.

Great people to buy from.

Just got home from meeting up with Jeremy to get a grimmspeed license plate bracket for my hot lava. He even offered to deliver it to me since I'm local! Excellent customer service as it has been said and will be said because Jeremy is such a nice guy! As I told him I will be buying everything I can from him through ft86speedfactory and honestly I think everyone else shouldas well.
