I am NOT referring to the extended warranty. I'm asking about the prepaid maintenance plan offically called Toyota Care Plus Prepaid Maintence Program. It extends the scion boast plan. I purchased the entension to 75k miles. All scheduled maintenence (oil changes, and major checkup/tune up) are included. So at the 60k service they would be changing the spark plugs.

I extended the prepaid maintenance by two years, so I have a total of 4 years scheduled maintenance now. They didn't have any problems adding it to the purchase

question about this (i know it's a dead thread since it's old) -- can we go to any Toyota/Scion dealership to get this free maintenance done or does it have to be the dealer we purchased it from?

Funny, I have much hate for piercey -- they screwed up my camry's suspension and never apologized for it.

went back and they wanted to charge another 80 bucks for investigation for what they did. 3 hour long call with their store manager and they gave me a free oil change that I never took. =) not going there either friend ^_^.
