I can attest to the ProClip not needing the adhesive as well. I even have an extra Ram Mount Arm attached to the ProClip.

I have the proclip mounted now and I can confirm what the others have said regarding not needing to use the adhesive.

Thanks for confirming the no adhesive needed, proclip on the way and I was waiting to mount it until after doing the reverse camera DIY to avoid having to undo the adhesive, but now I know it won't matter.

I was using the Exogear Exomount 2, but I've been hesitant to put it back on the windshield since the tint was applied. Anyone have insights to share with tinted windows and suction mounts? Thank you!

I was messimg around with my Mountek mount the other day and discovered that it's in the perfect spot to allow me to use my Galaxy note 2 as a dash cam when it's in the vertical position.

Sent from the great white north via smoke signal.

Hello man. After reading about small holder on the FRS/BRZ with 3D print I search a lot but did not find anyone. I really did not find such thing which require direct access to 3D printer.

You got your windshield tinted?
Anyway, if the tint is completely dried and adhered to the glass, you should have no problem putting a suction mount on it. The only problem would be if it was mounted close to the edge of the tint where it could start to lift up a bit by pulling the mount off, but if it's closer to the middle of the tint, there shouldn't be a problem.

Yes, it's a clear film with a hint of blue. Specifically, it's Llumar's Air 80 blue ceramic windshield tint.

Have any of you guys tried imagnet before? I just bought it, and I love it! No, it doesn't mess up the phone, but do not keep it next to your wallet. It sticks perfectly and also it doesn't fall off or anything. But I do have to say if you have a big case on your phone, you can either put the magnet outside of the case with the adhesive or switch cases! They give you two magnet adhesives to put on top of the case if you have a big case and one thing circle magnet to put inbetween the phone and case. Now if you go naked with your phone and have entry to your battery, you can open then back of your phone and put the small thin circle magnet in there. IT WON'T MESS UP YOUR PHONE. I love it!
