Is there anyone who imports all the OEM stuff for this? I'd only want it if it would function like the OEM Foglight, only turning on when the foglight stalk switch is turned.

Thanks for posting this up Chris. I decided to use a GM 3157 socket and white LED bulb. LEDs match up really well with the rest of the lights.

Cost me about $25. My bulb was $18. You have to do the same amount of work in the end if you get a rip off kit. Hell, I'ld make a kit and sell it for $50 shipped if anyone is interested.

Is it possible to splice the wires to the front fog lights (BRZ limited)? So you have the option of turning it off/on?

No, it's not high enough. They call the 3rd brake light a "Center High Mount Stop Lamp" for a reason

Quote:
S5.3.1.8 (a) Each high-mounted stop lamp installed in or on a vehicle subject to S5.1.1.27(a) shall be located as follows:
(1) With its center at any place on the vertical centerline of the vehicle, including the glazing, as the vehicle is viewed from the rear.
(2) If the lamp is mounted below the rear window, no portion of the lens shall be lower than 6 inches below the rear window on convertibles, or 3 inches on other passenger cars.
(3) If the lamp is mounted inside the vehicle, means shall be provided to minimize reflections from the light of the lamp upon the rear window glazing that might be visible to the driver when viewed directly, or indirectly in the rearview mirror.
