You'll have to excuse me, I'm going off of memory.
There are metal tabs which you might need/like a mirror to see from the inside of the wheel-well (with "A" and "B" on them, use your new marker as a guide) as you look towards the front of the car, at the top, rear side and bottom, floor side of the marker mount. Try pushing the bottom, floor side one in, from what I can remember you might here a little pop, then go to the top tab (you have to put the screwdriver through a small hole where the tab will line up).

You'll have to do some prying and it kind of just pops out (because it's difficult to get to the third tab), where you pull out the lens, the stalk, and the wiring (obviously, don't yank). Then you just unhook the connector and swap your parts (I did the lens, the light [used the bags to come with it to keep my fingers off the bulb (not sure if that's an issue or not), and the stalk].

Hope that helps. Good luck with it.

Just installed mine and used amber LED bulbs. The OEM were a bitch to get out, but the new clears "Snapped" in pretty easy. Just hope the LED bulbs last forever, hate to have to pull the clear ones.

These 2 combined with this thread really helped me understand how to change them. I know, late reply but just for reference in this thread.

Looks like he used the Phillips head screwdriver to push on the back of the top clip through the hole. Came out pretty easy in his video (in post #44). I just received my smoked lenses but won't have time today to try and install them plus it's raining out.

Considering the engineers didn't put it further into the front bumper, I think we got lucky.

Also, when putting the new ones in I had to "exercise" the new top clip or else it was too strong and wouldn't pop in. Use some pliers or a screwdriver to push the metal clip in a few times. Just don't stab yourself! (I used a socket screwdriver so it's not sharp)

Did you ever figure this out? My passenger light is snug and the driver side is kinda loose.

the issue i ran into was clip A bending towards the marker. this bending prevents the clip from securing into its slot. you'll have to bend it back, but be careful not to do it too many times. itll break if you do..

mine broke and had to fish it out with a thin blade and thumb tack. surgery.. replaced it with the original pin and it's holding up well..
