I'm just interested to see if they offer the new touchscreen radio as a stand alone option.

High quality HID kit: $100-$150
LED DRL strip: $190

So for about $300, you can have a more unique looking car, with nearly the same features.

I really hope so. And maybe offer it at a discounted price for those who suffered through BeSpoke.

welp, Scion, you almost had me.

You had one job Scion.

Just tossing some light humor there.

Right, WRB BRZ for me.

You have a point,

Yes, if the cost of the light is an estimate of 800$ each or 684$(Orbital quoted). There's nothing right now that will prove that it will cost the same or less, in fact they could charge you just as much as the importers. You all better wish they don't. So until we can get the facts, it's really up in the air.

And even in that case by the time you get the Stock FRS and these lights, it will still cost you more than a BRZ prem that has more and does the same thing. Except the suspension tuned diff. actually... I dunno if the BRZ nav is better that the one in the Frs.

For a new buyer well... yeah... lol

Yeah, BRZ Premium includes the HID/LED's as well as full GPS navigation and XM radio standard. So it will most likely still be the better value if you want those things. And I agree, adding those HID's afterwards will still be very expensive and probably not easy to install either(especially if you want the manual leveler). So your points are valid. That's why I was just hoping (and still am hoping) that they just make them standard on the 2014 models but I doubt it.
