I guess your question just seems odd to me because of the original post having said this:

All the 2014 Scions gets a "10 series" limited edition, available beginning in June 2013. Series 10 FR-S will have the JDM GT style HID headlights with LED, push button start with auto climate control, but no fog lights.
So then you ask if the non-Series 10 FR-S will have these features, so then I got confused. I'm not trying to bust you out! I'm sincerely trying to understand what I'm misreading. It might just be because I have 5 minutes left of work.

I think what he's trying to say is the new FR-S's will probably get all those upgrades sooner or later. (The upgrades that the 10 series gets)

The newest tC got the upgrades that the older release series had. So in due time, probably the 2015 FR-S will be a great looking car with many added features.

I hope I cleared things up instead of confusing you more?

Nah, that makes more sense. Sorry for being confused! Wasn't trying to start anything. I like seeing things from different perspectives, but online translations can be tough. haha Thanks!

Ok, all of these changes, and they still can't put fog lights on a FR-S? Anybody else as confused as I am?

This makes sense for Scion. Making an enthusiast car was out of the norm for them, so why would the "special edition" have something that an enthusiast would want like exhaust or sport-tuned suspension or a rear seat delete or upgraded wheels and tires.

While this package seems like a waste to me, the enthusiast driver who bought this car for the chassis balance, boxer engine, and the FR platform, I suppose they are targeting what they believe to be their target audience.

I can definitely say Scion never crossed my mind until the FR-S was released, so I supposed I don't fit the Scion target audience. This whole thing reeks of a marketing ploy and nothing more.

That makes sense then actually. Just like with my current car, the 2G Eclipse, Fast and Furious ruined the reputation of that car and basically 95% of them were riced out. Plus you got a bunch of gangsters who liked that movie who started targeting them for theft. It's not cool...

lol, this is defeating the whole purpose of the car... Sure, lets badge a car under two brands with one being the stripped budget car and one that has a few features. Oh wait, now lets start throwing features at the cheap one so it out prices the other.

And why does Scion always have to throw such ugly parts in the interior? smh
