we were boosting around 13psi.. actually had to cut it short due to top end running out of fuel. Next time we will have 1000cc injectors and retune on E85.. pretty confident we will be near 340whp range.

Pulley size remain same, however restrictor was removed. We have smaller pulleys that we will try in a next few months.. the next step is HKS forged piston / Rod set... we are shooting for 400 WHP before Pike's Peak.

I like the performance of this kit and the rotrex a like superchager. But in my country if I get pullover by the cop's I will get big trouble with the" Garage home built bling bling tuning look" of that kit.
Cop might take my car from me.
I will never see her again. So I will go for something looking more OEM.

Looks really smooth without the restrictor!

May I assume this is why you didn't test at pump gas octane? Are you assuming 13+ psi on pump gas will be too risky?

What else needs to be done to run without the restrictor?

need to run more injector and upgrade pump with further custom tuning. We have not tested on 91 octane yet... but this kit off the shelve with restrictor makes about 210 whp on 91... really shows you the potential of the charger.

Addressing the elephant in the room...will you guys be offering this or an alike kit? Or is this just custom development for your car only?

Because it's not only about octae their is also more BTU in E85 at the right stochio AF.
I mean more BTU per stroke but less per pound of liquid.

But aren't the power gains going to be similar/same without the headache of e85 requirements?

e85 isn't much of a headache on this car I don't think. Most newer cars are made to run E10 okay (since the stuff is in ALL of our gas...) so there's no issues with fuel line/pump/seal compatibility. At this level, they would be replacing the injectors and possibly fuel pump anyway to get the power they want from race gas so that's not an issue either. Add the Ecutek flexfuel sensor and you have basically no issues.
