I get that, I am just curious if we are doing one hotel in particular for the group even under his code etc?

I agree. It would be a social happening if we could focus on one hotel as being the "in" place to be. I've only been to Vegas one time in my life and I'm not familiar enough with the place to get the ball rolling. Perhaps someone who knows Vegas well and plans on being there for our event could dictate one hotel we could try tieing up as a group.

Agreed. I would like to get my reservation but I want to see where "most" people are staying.

I gonna book next month, and I'm not very particular about the hotel I'll choose something nice in respect to all my roommate and guests haha. I'm a bit more worried about the plane tickets, but right now I'm just playing the waiting game.

I also am trying to figure out how I'm going to go about filming this event and even just doing some simple video blogging, those I can do easily but I dont have the funding to go lugging around professional equipment. If anyone has insight please let me know! teach me something new if you got the time.

I'm probably not going to Vegas...

The drive there and back would be a weeks worth of vacation time and hotel pricing is probably astronomical.

Have you not been paying attention man? Hotels are cheap, well under $100 per night and even cheaper if you got a group rate and ppl coordinated.

Got it Tanuki. Didnt read you post the right way. I personally am looking to stay at Excaliber. $100 bucks for 2 nights is hella cheap and its a decent hotel (my gf has stayed there a few times for her cousins karate tourneys) Otherwise Mandalay Bay is my second option. I was a maybe but will prob be booking the hotel in 2-3 weeks now it appears.

To anyone who's hesitated how long need to stay at the Vegas, here's a rough plan of these 2 days that might help you figure stuff out.

June 14th
Autocross 7:30AM~6PM
Night Meet 8PM

June 15th
Cruise Event 9AM ~ 6PM
Night Meet 8PM
