Exactly. Subies do 3 - Subiefest in Ca, the Pacific NW meet in Washington and the the Wicked Big Meet on east coast.

The longest running subie meet is BAM (Bay area meet) I believe going on like year 13 or 14.

Come guys it doesn't matter where in the country you are from, or out of country come! this will be the very first club meet we have as a club, and this is a beginning of a tradition which I hope will bond us like a family, I'm sure many places has it's difficulties in the beginning like S2ki or others but in the end it all depends on everyone here, let's make this memorable and then all the fun stuff will come with it.

could we set up a list on the first page of things we still need to do just so that those of us that are capable of helping out can.

things we still need to do... hm...
June 14th rough plan is pretty much set. Currently waiting on LV Motor Speedway & Hachi getting contract for that day.
June 15th rough plan is made also. Currently waiting on other coordinator to confirm on space of dealer.

Prob have 15th schedule be announce next week (crossing my fingers)

If everything goes smoothly, we need few members to help out on

ppl to help at autox
Prob separate into group & will have group leader to take in charge of those members.
Member that willing to give a ride to the cruise to the members that flew into Vegas.

That's all I can think top of my head... but if I miss something, let me know.

I am waiting on a few things from the dealer as well as the track still but things are looking good.

I have been gone a few days, but it looks like we are safe to ask about hotels. Did the guy that works for the hotel companies want to help with getting us a group deal? Can we all use your employee code? Let me know and if not, I will start calling hotels today/ tomorrow.
