I am just about to pull the string on both a 2014 Forester XT Touring (w/ Keyless entry, Eye Sight, HIDs) and a BRZ Limited...
***DAMN you Subaru you need to hurry up and release something on the 2014 BRZ...*** ![]() Anxious doesn't begin to describe how I am feeling right now. If they raised the HP/TQ #'s, added a back up camera, and/or added eye sight I would want those things all to be on my BRZ. (Note: The Japanese BRZ gets Eye Sight and Back up camera as options) ![]() How is it that the 2014 Forester is released but not the other 2014 platforms in the Subaru product line??? ![]() -Nate

If these photos are trully anywhere close to what the new WRX will look like, I will be buying one of these instead of a BRZ. Damn I better pump the brakes again on buying my DD. Thanks for sharing! -Nate

granted it won't look 100% like that, but if it's similar enough and affordable, I may have to re-think my decision. crap

Ha, this was suppose to be 2014 BRZ thread, but some how its converting into swaying members thoughts of the BRZ for the WRX instead.

I'm still getting a BRZ indefinitely. Though to be honest, I'll actually consider getting the new WRX if they make a 5-door wagon version. I have a soft spot for wagons if they do the same thing they did with the current gen WRX/sti, then that one might be a ways off.

As for me the WRX is still second place in my book. For what the WRX stands for and has done so far is the only reason why I'm holding off on the BRZ. (90% BRZ > 10% WRX)

I am still leaning towards the BRZ (Limited) over the new WRX. I think that the good MPG and tail happy demeanor of the BRZ are calling me.
I wanted a baby Godzilla to go in my garage next to my Godzilla but if I were going to get a WRX I would rather get an EVO X and that becomes problamatic for me because this will be a DD. I don't need another car that gets moderate MPGs and I would rather not climb too high in the price range for a car that will have a lot of miles put on it. The BRZ is sexy as hell, gets great gas mileage, and because I am a Initial D fan would be fun to learn to drift in. I think that if left the BRZ in pure stock form it would last for a long time too... -Nate

Pretty funny seeing all these "I'm gonna' trade!" posts. Point proven that most 86 Owners bought their cars based off hype. Shame.
