finally picked ours up yesterday

brought it home and had the obligatory new car pics taken

then woke up to a healthy dose of snow thanks to the dumping that's taking place - wasn't sure if I was gonna drive her to my place from my girlfriend's since I haven't installed winters yet (wasn't planning on it this season either...) but a quick lap around the block showed me that even in 3-4 inches of snow without winter tires on, this car's traction and stability controls are so robust that I had nothing to worry about! (also, years of experience driving in snow in RWD vehicles with blad tires when I was younger helped...) Made it home safe and happy - here's the car parked at home covered in a bit of the incessant white stuff...

congrats! oooooh you're gonna have some fun.

got mine in november and i'll tell ya, I'm glad i did. driving in the winter was hella fun.

I love driving in the winter as well, so much fun flicking this car around corners...
But I pulled my wheels off in the garage this weekend and noticed that my rear tires already have 2mm less tread than the fronts.

I was hand washing the car and noticed both rear mud flaps
were loose, but TG did fixed them.

In an effort to provide hope to us all, I have booked my appointment to swap my tires for next Saturday March 30. I am done with winter.
