Just had the same problem guys, after turning my car off it went away. I'm hoping its just temporary. I love this car and when it pulls this shit i feel as if my gf cheated on me.

Well, it looks like a wheel speed sensor had a wire chewed up on it. The dealer wants $350 for a new sensor as the wire is part of it. They claim soldering a new piece of wire in is not a good fix. Apparently there are 3 sensors in the country at the moment...

why would you be paying the $350?? can the dealer relate the issue back to something you've done to the car??

Just happened to me too, happened the morning after a day on the track. It turns on at random times, there's no pattern to what seems to be triggering it. Restarting the vehicle resets the lights but they eventually come back on.
I'll check the sensors and then take it into Toyota. |

I had the same issues on my IS350. It was the brake pedal switch. Luckily I figured it out myself and didn't have to take it to the dealer.

I experienced this same issue; however, in my case it was due to the yaw sensor in the steering wheel.

Mine came on this morning after i put in a new steering wheel stalk from at GT86 last night. I think that i didn't put the steering wheel back on completely straight(i actually know i didn't). Hopefully thats the cause and i'll try and fix it tonight after work, i'll post back.

Got the steering wheel back on straight, but still my lights are on(even after pulling the negative terminal for an hour). I guess i'll be putting the OEM light/signal stalk back on and seeing if that fixes it, if not, its back to the dealership.

Well, it has teeth marks in it. The dealer does not cover animal related damage, and frankly I do not blame them. I looked at it myself and would concur that an animal probably chewed through it. I should have mentioned that the $350 was parts and labor. The part alone was $145. I left it not working for quite a while as the car is fun with the nannies off, but I have decided I want my cruise control back. |
