$35-40k + on roads says my Toyota insider. Not surprised. Not that bad considering my st162 3sge was around $34k 22 years ago.

$35-40k mostly likely be bear bones. 15" stealies , no radio , unpainted bumpers, non sports seats. my gut feel gut feel anyone. we will see in less than 2 weeks,

I doubt Australia will bring that bare bone version into the country. Not for the initial launch of FT-86 anyway. Probably a few years down the road maybe.

I've pretty much convinced myself into getting a MKIV Supra now, with the price figures that are floating around it will take too long for me to get the 86 I want. So I will buy a used supra for 10-15k then in 2-3 years I'll buy this and keep both Well that's what I hope for lol

We won't get one with that low-spec. Toyota might import a couple for race-use only but the general public won't have access, not a chance.

i'd think our low spec is similar to the JDM low spec with a few things taken off and an audio added.

That maybe the case but I can not see it being below $40K + ORC at an absolute minimum. God i hope i'm wrong.

Personally my uneducated guess and gut feeling says if it is not sub 30k base model forget about even bringing it into the country.

But then again depends on what the base model is featured with.

Oh and as mentioned, Toyota have fucked us over before and they'll do it again.

05 SX Celica was priced at $39,300 & $44,700 for the ZR. Sub 30k, i think your just being unrealistic.
