Are you going to put slip fittings or flex sections in there? If not I'm willing to bet it's going to crack. I've personally designed and sold thousands (that is not an exaggeration) of EJ boxer headers. I suggest slip fit sections!

It was the prototype so we built it before we had those in stock.

Might I also suggest a larger (wider) flange face? You might get leaks on the flange face with the current design. Probably not NA, but boosted when the upper manifold pressure is ~10psi or so it'll start blowing those gaskets out. We ended up with a wide flange face and 3 layer gaskets to solve that problem as well as slip fit sections. The slip fit sections always leaked when cold but sealed when hot. The flex sections we have had sheer off.
