Not trying to be an ass, but what defines a competition worthy product? Has anybody actually broken or bent a lower control arm to suggest that it is not good for competition? Just because something is not milled or forged or whatever doesn't make it inferior for track use. I don't track my car yet, but if I break one of these arms, I'll let you'll know. I think products are built at lower price points with compromises for the 99.9% of the population that is ok with not having the absolute best $ can buy.

I'm considering of buying the JDM STI version that RCE has. I'm kinda curious why they choose it over an adjustable type.

I have them also and agree 100% even for track duty. The bushings are way beefier than OEM. Super easy to adjust, too.

You don't have to be a child; the other arms have more built in adjustability, hence the comment regarding competition. It's something the racers like, whereas I bought them because I wanted to bring camber back into spec but don't need fancy racing arms. These arms will suffice for racing and I never meant to imply they don't; I bought them on the recommendation of TiC who shockingly (not really...) compete on them. The racers more disposable income will spring for the milled aluminum arms due to weight and adjustability.

Again...don't be a child.

100% understand. I'm of a similar leaf. I would suggest refuting statements like that with facts instead of sarcasm. It IS a competition ready part, but as I said lacks features of the more expensive arms (including weight). My only gripe is that the end isn't boxed like the stock arm, which TiC did tell me before hand. This was a case where I needed an adequate part, not the best part.

Agree. I would like it if the arms had side runner attach points on top and bottom. BUT, Mine are working perfect so far for DD enthusiast driving.

Well thats what I am getting at, the SPC, with little to no bend in it, when compared to something like the Stance ones, how do these structural or design differences translate on the track? will a car with SPC handle different than a car with Stance arms all else being equal? Why?

No, they should function basically the same. You may have a tad less adjustability than some other options as orbital stated... but easy/basic camber adjustability is still there. As pointed out earlier people are using the spc on the track with no reported failures.

Do they look sexy? No (plain black like oem)
Is the price good? Yes

My main comment about upper and lower attachments on runners is just from examining prior to install... after install try to flex the arm runners to test strength and see what you think. Once attached the arms are pretty solid.
