In RTR you can remove weight by using lighter weight wheels (although as seen above a lot of the weight is gained back by using heavier tires) but the wheels need to be the same as stock size height and width, and the offset has to be within 1/4" or 6mm. The spare tire, jack and associated hardware in the trunk can be removed to save around 31 lbs, a muffler delete can be installed to save 23 lbs, you can run minimal fuel to save up to 70-75 lbs, and the floor mats and owner's manual, other glove box junk can be removed. That's all that comes to mind without doing crazy stuff like shaving down stock brake rotors to the minimum spec to save a half pound to a pound per corner.

Unfortunately nearly all of the weight that can be removed in CS/RTR on our cars is in the back. Some people prefer to leave a lot of that weight back there to maintain the factory's front to rear weight distribution, personally I usually prefer to lose the 120 lbs and try to drive around it.
