I drove 1.5 hours from San Jose to Navato for the last one... People complaining about driving should just STFU!

I'm not saying that's you at all, that's just how I feel about it.

Rotation is good. North, south & eastbay to be fair to everyone. I won't throw the central valley in there though, nobody from the bay area will come .

Not true, I would totally roll out to a central valley meet if the timing worked out and I was available... the distance would not put me off. Fortunately I live in East Bay so pretty much central to all the areas, nothing is too far away. :happy0180:

Lol, I totally understand your confusion! With the same people posting and this forum's tendency to get side tracked (which I guess I'm being guilty of right now) its so easy, I've found myself doing the same thing.

To keep on topic though, I like the rotation idea. I gotta agree with the central valley folks (being originally from there) that no one from the bay really wants to drive over there, so it ends up being small with the very few locals who do show.

Lol. I don't get it either. Don't we like to drive as car guys? Its funny as hell to me. Haha

I mean, I came to both meets, even though I left early from the Novato meet. Plus I work in Oakland so its not like I don't rack up the miles as is.

Feedback:

I know last time during the cruise we lost some folks. We just kept losing people each time we stop because they can't keep up
Just kidding...people got stuck behind slower cars/stop lights. My suggestion once we figure out our ultimate route (hopefully Mines Rd ) is to discuss/plan meeting points so people that fall behind can catch up.

Great idea. Plus utilize those push-talks (or cell phones) radios. Someone familiar with the route should lead and another one sit in the back of the pack. Avoid putting the unfamiliar cruisers in the rear. Spread the familiar drivers thru the pack. No offense to anyone. Just thought I'd say it - I hate people getting lost because some fast guy(s) wants to leave us in the dust.

And to the fast guy(s), don't worry...you can still have your spirited drives. Damn, I wish I recorded my leader last Saturday. Hehe, I got a mount now for Saturday.
