Ditto, we have ACT 6 puck in the turbo frs and it's working great. I've had a lot of luck with ACT on hondas as well.

I had an ACT Street Clutch in my 400 WHP Evo. It held up well and felt just like the stock clutch.

If you look closely, the boost gauge is surrounding the A/F gauge.

What is it that you like about the CM so much?

@Foobar @whitefrs - I'm open this weekend, I don't attend meetings because I'm always consumed in work... I will be attending the April 6th AC meet. I'm actually helping coordinate the drive down there with a fleet of FRS/BRZs... By then my car will be running the Lux Motion Wide Body and all the frills... if they can make the deadline! If anyone is open, we can do an impromptu meeting or something for like 2-3 hours lol

@PrimeMotoring created this cluster set up. They used my car as the first template to build the solution for production. These guys are pushing a lot of innovative ideas and they do such a great job, I don't mind being first to try it out

I am running a ClutchMasters FX400 on my car at the moment and so far it has been pretty easy to live with. The pedal pressure is more than stock but isn't gonna fatigue you in traffic. The clutch is over kill for my application at the moment but will easily handle the torque once I crank up the boost and build the bottom end for lower compression. I went with ClutchMaster due to the numerous reviews stating that they are worth every penny. The other reason is because none of the competing brands have as high of a torque rating for the 6 puck clutches.

Unlike what seems to be a majority of the people on this forum I don't let anyone other than myself work on my car, so I did my own clutch replacement in my garage. That being said this is certainly a job for someone experienced with working on cars. A shop should be able to do the swap in about 3 hours. Expect to pay for new transmission fluid as well. Also if you take it to a shop make sure you get the stock clutch and flywheel back. In the event that you wear down the new clutch you have a ready spare!

I ordered the 4 puck but some ppl say that after 3000 miles the act starts to slip on boosted applications. Also ive heard on the frs/brz the lightweight flywheel isnt the greatest. Any input?
