Hey dont knock it cuz if i remember correctly they did a FB petition for some audi to come to the states so it is possible. But this guys reasoning is obviously flawed so why bother. The thing is the car is still possibly 7 months away from being released here in the US and the price is not going to be the same all over the world.

We will never get that sub base car. Its Scion FR-S folks. Has Scion ever sold a stripped down base car with steel wheels on it and unpainted bumpers?

In Japan everything is possible. In the US not so much.

Technically, scion once sold tC spec package... but it was nowhere near as stripped down as even the "customize model" much less what the OP suggests.
