I also have no drone, fits perfectly and made power, I also didn't have to deal them other than payment, I was in the original GB.

I do however hate the cold start but once the exhaust warms up its sweet!

I thought this was strange too as I have a SRT and only issue I have is some drone in certain RPMs but after meeting up with kidgogeta I noticed that our exhaust were very different even tho they should be the same (except his is for a auto) you would not be able to tell they are the same exhaust plus I remember kidgogeta being one of the early guys in the groupbuy where I was the last but I got mine I think a month before he got his.

My exhaust was perfect fitment as well but its for a manual so maybe the issue lays with the auto exhaust only?

Well the drone *CAN* depend on the tune. I have Visconti's tune, always have while I had my exhaust.

Also depending on how bad the drone is, it may be received differently by different individuals. A really bad drone is going to be a really bad drone no matter what. A slight drone, on the other hand, may be imperceptible to some people while nausea-inducing in others.

The drone isn't bad it is very minor to me. I'm on Johns tune as well.

I was just shocked that you could not ID his exhaust and mine as the same. Shape and how they hung were totally different.

Makes me think that as they started building up a backlog, they had to change things up to pump them out faster.

The fitment on my catback is pretty bad. The tips do not line up with the bumper properly, and to try and get it anywhere close to even, the hanger on the mid pipe ends up at a pretty extreme angle. The is not really any more room for adjustment and the clearance with the rear subframe and diff is pretty slim. They knock together every now and then when cold.

When new, the drone was pretty bad. As it has worn in, it has gotten a lot better, but it is still pretty annoying around 3000 rpm.

Sounds great at WOT in a garage or tunnel, though.

I've had mine for a while. Started with the smaller resonator, then had to get someone to weld on the smaller one because there was just too much of a drone. I'm happy with the exhaust now that it has the larger one. Would I buy it again? Absolutely not. I'd go with someone else for cheaper.

Did SRT provide you with the larger resonator? or did you purchase one your self and have it installed?

I sourced it through them but it was still 95 bucks shipped. Had to go have a local muffler shop cut the old one off and weld the new one off. It is MUCH better now.

Pretty much word for word the same for me. I think I will eventually replace the resonator for something bigger, but I like the exclusivity, tone, and looks too much to sell it.

Just for reference, it was 210 total for me to get the resonator and have it installed.

I cannot say this enough. PERRIN unresonated catback. I love it. It fits perfects, no rust, no cracks, no drone, no pops, no tears, or fears.

^^ This was pretty much my experience. It's so loud during acceleration that my rear panel vibrates.
I went through the same thing getting the outlets to be acceptable.

When I spoke to the owner during my wait for the catback (initial offering GB) He admitted that he lost some personnel which extended the wait.
I feel he was nice enough and always answered the phone when I called but I felt like he was lying to me at times about the actual ship time. It was about three weeks from the date he gave me originally when I called.

Packing was horrible! The pipes and rear section were just wrapped in bubble wrap then plopped in boxes with packing peanuts. Parts were missing (minor, just bolts and a flange mount) but a good drop off a truck would certainly bend something as they were literally swimming around in peanuts and banging the sidewalls of the boxes.
Evidence of this was present on several sides of the box where holes were starting to develop and bleeding peanuts.

I've added a P&L overpipe and catless midpipe which makes it a headerback now. It's gained a little rasp and the deep tone is slightly subdued in the cabin which is a tiny improvement.

What type and size resonator did you get?
