Anybody got their srt exhaust yet?

I ordered my srt header back exhaust about a month ago for 1200 dollars! And still haven't got it!? Why? I heard a lot of bad reviews about their deliveries and feedback...
Anyways how long did you wait before receiving your exhaust? :barf:

If you really want a SRT headerback exhaust I have mine for sale for $700 and I am in Houston

I actually love my SRT headerback exhaust. Also looks like I will be one of the few people in the world to have one lol

Took me about 4months to get mine..... I am not sure what i am even doing with it now, purchased something else in the meantime while i was waiting and then a few months later i received my exhaust. I was calling them up constantly but never received any responses. The product is fine but their communication is terrible, i will never purchase from them again. Maybe down the road i might sell the exhaust if it just sits their to collect dust. Be patient, it will be a while till you receive yours, spoke to many other people who purchased one as well and waited just as long if not longer.

did you happen to read the thread, if so why would you order it. Im going to end up selling mine,

brb
- drone even with the larger resonator
- clamps not lining up properly
- not expected horsepower gains
- no customer support

Weird, I have no drone, perfect fitment, made 175whp with just exhaust, and haven't needed customer service....

It's good that you haven't had a need to reach out to them for anything, but to be fair, it seems that anyone who's tried to get a hold of SRT lately has run into a brick wall. Even to the point where they can't even acquire the product even though payment was made.

Oh I know, I was just stating I have no experience good or bad with them.

I actually haven't heard of any HP output problems with the SRT so not sure what's going on there either. I have heard that the SRT can be loud and some folks have mentioned drone (I was considering the SRT as a replacement for my Evo 3 which was the king of drone) but didn't see any craftmanship issues in my research. I wonder if quality control took a hit in their attempt to catch up to their backlog?

Possibly. Mine was loud at first, but has since quieted down a little. I haven't had any complaints from my neighbors. Everyone says it sounds nice :iono: If anyone starts complaining, I'll probably just sell it and grab a Perrin or Nameless.

Or go muffler delete to get them used to that and then switch back to SRT. "Oh wow, it's so much quieter now!"
