If you're having a problem with the headrest that would suggest you're driving in a too up right position. The more upright you are the more the head rest becomes a problem. When I drive there's roughly five or six inches between my head and the head rest. Move the seat up a notch, lean the back of the seat back one or two clicks and try that out. Perhaps pull out the steering wheel a little. I've said it might be a stretch to call our cars exotics but they share many features the exotics do and one of them is the neat laid back driving position. It might seem strange at first but to me it's like driving my car from my e-z-boy.

Edit: I guess the point is, it is technically no longer a sub $25k car unless you're an employee, regardless of tax title licence.

I don't know of any manufacturer or dealer that would waive shipping costs. I listed what I paid for my car in September 2012.

Swap out for a full bucket. Then you'll only have to worry about readjusting 1 setting.

IIRC, Chief Tada was quoted at some point as saying that seat memory added too much weight, and was left out for this reason.
