You're a good man. After reading this I did call to make sure what's been done. They hadn't installed the e-rust control unit yet. So I was able to exchange that for the undercoating protection. So I feel like I've dodged a bullet here. Thanks for making me think enough to call them and find out the exact status. :happy0180:

I got an email Friday from my dealer. When we originally made the deal I said no electronic box just the spray. So they sent me an email as they are starting to get the car ready for me to ask me if i wanted the electronic box or spray... Of course my answer was the same, but makes me wonder if the dealer can just change my deal at anytime..

they can change anything up until delivery, but it gets hard if the the pricing changes too much as the approval from Toyota Canada has to resubmitted in some cases.

depends on color and transmission but they have a few at compound (i just drove though it yesterday)

Orders go in only at end of the month (or so I was told).
My order was placed Dec 29, 2012.
I originally said I didn't want it until April 1, 2013.
Car was located a week later in Vancouver, trained to Toronto then trucked to Ottawa. Car was in Ottawa Jan 25 or so(?).
My salesman sold 4 more that week in Jan and all 4 were located in NA same day their orders were placed..
I take delivery Mar 4 - on my schedule - getting garage cleaned out/prepped taking longer than expected
My FR-S is an Ultramarine, base model with 6AT.
