My father buys tools from there. He uses them a few times and toss it out and end up borrowing my tools...

You technically aren't allowed to tamper with any of them.

The HF Jackstands are perfectly fine and priced well.

I wouldn't invest in a full set of their socket wrenches, but hey, there are a lot of things that lifetime warranty type quality isn't necessary for.

I've got Craftsman socket tools and Dewalt Power tools that I paid good money for, but jackstands and screwdrivers and other miscellaneous nick knacks? Harbor Freight.

It takes some patience but can be easily done. Then install your new overpipe, then new front pipe. Easy peasy, just use new gaskets or you'll leak.
Do gaskets come with ordered parts? Or do I need to get them myself?

Harbor Freight has a lifetime warranty on their torque wrenches, lol. For 12.99, I couldn't pass up a 3/8 click type.

All of the rest of my tools like my sockets, ratchets and extensions are all Craftsman. I don't trust some of their tools at all, but the jack stands are heavy and the 2.5 ton low profile jack is extremely heavy.

I'm about to install my Nameless Axleback hopefully this week if it arrives and I'll let you know if I almost died while jacking up my rear on two stands.

Absolutely not. If my 2002 Camaro SS can pass inspection with longtube headers and a resonator, yours can too. They don't sniffer test where we live like they do in DF/W. Even if they did, if your front pipe was catted with a catless header, you would still pass.

Well.. they are supposed to do a visual inspection for cats.. If they don't see them they are supposed to not pass you. Obviously some places don't do this, but I have run into more than one that does.

I typically just find a friend at a dealership to get me a sticker, and I pay him for his time and the sticker.

This is also why I'm keeping my front pipe catted, plus it sounds like total crap without at least 1 cat. Yes, they are supposed to do a visual check, but last I looked, they don't in the Austin surrounding areas. Back where I lived in Dallas/Ft. Worth I had to cap my cut-out when I owned a '97 Firebird Formula because they always looked to make sure it was capped.

Got my inspection before putting it on. So I won't have to care for a year haha. Will post difficulty and results as a intermediate putting it on myself.
