I merely instructed my wife as to what I was going to do. Now she drives it to work.

I just dropped the ball on my gf when I told her I had put a deposit on the FRS. She wasn't super happy, but at least I was going to sell my old WRX, and not keep 2 cars around.
She loves the car now ![]() But she doesn't know about the project AE86 I picked up... (which I store at work for the time being)

I got mine without consulting my wife, but I'd been talking about them for so long, she was just happy to have me shit up about the car itself. Now mods on the other hand.... I know she's tired of hearing about all the things I want to do to the car now that I have it.

My gf was just glad it wasn't a convertible, she couldn't give two fucks about how I spend my money as long as I'm not an idiot about it. Would be a very different story if we were married but the end result (at least today) would have been the same.

I explained to the wife that it had more back seat room than our NSX and S2000 and she was like ok.

My wife (the track car) seemed a little bothered at first that i'd be splitting my wrench time between two mistresses, but i think she's over it now, they both get matching turbos so i think she now accepts the DD as a sister wife!?..?!
wait are you guys talking about actual women?...my bad, I am currently encountering a too busy to deal with women scenario and have relegated myself to loving my machines.....ok or maybe i work too much...whatever, |

My fiance actually helped with the downpayment on mine. My last car was starting to have problems, so we thought a nice new car with a warranty would be nice. She really wanted me to get a 4 door though... But I drove the WRX and didn't much care for it and the new Civic Si is kind of lame. So FR-S it was!

I brought it up randomly one day that I was committed to getting one. She said it was all good and that I should buy one. I don't think she expected me to come home with one that same night. Next day we had a 3 hour car ride and she was a bit upset about the whole surprise and that I traded in my tC (she loved that car) for the Fr-s. Long story short, she's over it now.

I bought a gf, and I plan to marry her soon. I started digging dark chicks, and she loves to roar and gets attention from all different ages and genders. I still wait the day when human/car marriages are legalized.

My GF was pissed but a couple things got her over it
1. I told her she's not my wife therefore it's my money and I can do what I want. That kinda brought her back down to earth, but pretty sure she cleaned the toilets with my toothbrush after that. (Bought a new one just to be safe) 2. Took her for a drive in it and she liked it, then loved how everyone gawked at the car. That's what got her over it. |
