2.5" Cross over pipe
2.5" Stainless Steel Front Pipe with 5" metal cat
Stage 2.0 Base Map Tune with 8psi Fuel Cut

Final tuning for this package will be done in early March, after which we'll release these packages.

We feel this is a good base for setups going to 8~14psi, in that all you need to add after that is fueling and tuning.
If we got fueling done at the same time would you raise the 8psi fuel cut?

When you get the kit, change fueling and get a custom tune at higher Boost. AVO provides a base map, they don't tune specific setups. The custom tuner will take care of you (I am getting my kit and right off the bat getting a custom tune to extract all the HP available for my weather conditions).

Would you be able to recommend fueling components to start looking for to cover 14psi?

I mean which cc rate should injectors be and which lph a fuel pump should to be on a safe side?

Would it be possible to include these fuel items in the package? ( personally I'm tempting against Deatschwerks 700cc's & Deatschwerks 265lph )

I ask this because I know, that different injector sizes need different fuel maps even for start-up.

I am going to have a Pro-tune ASA I put the kit on, but I think I will need your basemap to allow me to start the engine up and roll to the tune spot in some time.

Possible?
Mike

Sorry if this was already covered, but how much weight does the kit add to the car and what's the final weight distribution?

The AVO turbo, UEL manifold, and turbo discharge pipe as a unit weighs 29lbs - the stock exhaust manifold that those replace weighs 20.5lbs. After that, you are adding in the weight of the FMIC and it's silicone hoses. So we are talking about 8~9 lbs in the same location at the engine, then another 28~30lbs for the FMIC portion of the kit.

Really looking forward what stage 2 does, i want to see how the top end holds up. Still 1400 for the stage 2 is not bad and it should be less for those already have a exhaust

We are going to use Visconti's SPD pump and his ~500cc short barrel injectors as well as an omni sensor to make around 10-14 psi on e85. Should have results in the next fortnight for you guys.

Can't wait for this result!

What size exhaust are you running?

I'm curious - has anyone done any 0-100km/h testing with the AVO Stage 1 kit installed?
