If it is the bumper applique, it should come off easily enough if it is warm to the touch (as mentioned above, a hair drier will work great). If there is any residue left behind from the glue, WD-40 and a bit of rubbing will take it off. Use a clean soft cloth (old t-shirts work great). Do not use paper towels. I've been removing trim, decals, and stripes this way for years.
