There's quite a few of those running around. Put my winter tires on in December...it wasn't snowing but the stock tires in 20-30 degree temps in the wet is just scary.

I tried to recreate the picture of me smiling like Clarkson in my FR-S, but I'm just not as handsome.

When i work out, i want to die." It sucks so much-- the only reason i still subject myself to is because of the disappointment that arises from every glance into a mirror.

Also, i just weighed myself last night, and i weigh 5 pounds more ever since i started working out. The f*ck!?
That happens if you're trying to gain muscle. Unless you really want to shed pounds, then skip the high protein shakes for the diet versions, switch to lighter weights, go for more reps, do as much cardio as you can, and you'll see more dramatic results. Obviously it can be a pain in the beginning, but be persistent.

I agree that not everyone gets a "high" by working out. I wouldn't say I do, but I feel more pumped, focused, and ready for anything after a session at the gym. That's why I find it important to make sure whom ever I help training knows that everyone has a different pace.

The 40 Year Old Virgin movie comes to mind when I checked the link.
And I doubt he'll get $550,000.00 for it.

There has been so many Supra threads/discussions that i didn't want to make a whole thread about this, but MotorTrend just put out a new article: "Report: Toyota Supra Successor May Get 400-HP Turbo 2.5L I-4 Hybrid Powertrain - Supra Successor Could Arrive in 2017, Concept Later This Year"

I guess i don't mind gaining weight, so long as it's from muscle and not fat. It doesn't matter to me as long as i'm getting less fat. But man, i never feel pumped, focused or ready-- i feel burdened, sweaty and winded. :P

edit: i guess someone already made a Supra topic about this article.

If I was you, I'd work on conditioning first and it also helps out to have some music (you like) that will mentally push you through your workout.

Hope you get well soon, I'm off for Chinese NY for another day. Lucky me for working for an Asian owned foundation that's 65% Chinese. Can you text during work?
