ECUTEK Logging

Hi,

I would like to know if it is normal for the ECUTEK logger to register the throttle position at 80% +-?

That is what I am reading from my latest log and physically, the pedal is all the way to the floor.

I have been trying to get in touch with Perrin but they seem to have disappeared from emails and PM of late.

Cheers

I've seen this with other OBDII programs as well. My throttle position reads between like 12%-82%, not 0-100.

With the drive by wire throttle body, you are not going to see 0% since it's used to set the idle speed.

Actually, I'm glad you posted...because I had the same question when I looked at my logs the first time!
