Sorry for being a newbiw
Its going to be hard for them to find your E85, but if you bring the car to the dealer, Flashed with E85 tune and for whatever reason they try to flash your ECU (say for an ECU software upgrade), their flash will fail and then they will see there is something fishy about your ECU

And again, if you are willing to play (use E85) suck it up and know you just voided your warranty, (pay to play).

I can tell if a car is running E85 as the car smells different. Smells like veggie oil or corn. If the smell isn't smellable from the outside all they have to do is smell the exhaust or open the gas tank filler cover and smell.

I beg to differ on the flex fuel option. FA20 Club has had this kit out for a little over a month now

Yes, the smell is definitely going to be a tell tale sign.

Your best bet is to run the e85 fuel down to empty, as close as you can. Flash back to a stock tune with your tank filled with premium octane(93) and you could possibly pass through the dealer without any problems.

No guarantees, of course, but this is your best bet if you are still worried about being covered by your warranty for any issues.

But, like @Sportsguy83 said, "suck it up"

Cheers!

I'm in the fence about getting the tune. To me it's worth it if I can run E85. ~+35WHP is pretty significant. I just don't have a convenient E85 options near me (closest is like 20mins away) and I plan to go force inducted this fall. The flex fuel option sounds appealing to me.

I could write a song about how much I love my E-85 tune. Instead I'll say don't do it in winter with stock tires. Slide city! These bridgestones do not like the cold, and that extra power is noticeable.

Truth. Ask me how I know

To expand on this, two other points of failure could be the fuel pump and those G.D. o-rings. I have heard of fuel pumps corroding. Walbro some years back did research on how their fuel pumps handled E85 after they became popular with people running E85 in their builds. But those injector o-rings failing would be a huge PITA. Might be worth checking into. They're like $1 each or something.
