People with E85 tune

How is your car doing?
Notice any fuel pump problems?
Any mechanical problems?
Have you modified injectors or fuel pump?

I wanna go with e85 but dont wanna loose my warranty nor have any mechanical problems.

E85 requires just a tune on our cars.
It will void the warranty on the ecu and any parts affected by the tune

The ecu will Apperently log the change.... So no if your issue is directly related to the ecu they will see it understand what I'm saying?

But there is the option of having multiple tunes on the ecu.... So that you can switch back to premium if e85 is not available but you have to be as close to empty as you can get as there isn't a flex fuel setup out yet

This has been discussed Ad Naseum, you can flash back to stock and the dealer tools are not able to count the flash to ECUTek. (Not said by me, said by Visconti who verified it with a friend and the dealer tool).

Off Topic:

Having said THAT, suck it up. You are introducing different fuel, a lot more pressure in the cylinder, potential to break other things. You just voided your warranty as far as fuel system and motor is concern. Gotta pay to play. Be aware of the potential consequences and be prepared to repair it out of pocket.

A seasoned mechanic could probably tell looking at the fuel filter unless you change that along with draining the fuel system before you take the car in to perpetuate fraud.

Not sure yet, I would assume similar gains to the other tuners. The best part is I'm getting e85 at half the cost of other tunes !
