The one thing I want to say regards the "break in period".
"Oh look. I just hit 1000 miles. Now I can rev my car." Honestly that sounds kind of stupid since every engine is a little different. It's also a way of reducing the chances of something going wrong in the early stages which is somewhat a scapegoat. Quote:

i started redlining after 400... I have no problems beside a weird burning smell which went away from changing oil and messing with the exhaust. "Knock on wood"
Now its perfect |

That burning spell is the manufacturing oils that were burning off. Nothing wrong there.
