Well technically I posted that at 12:48AM eastern time... so technically tomorrow is still tomorrow.

But I transfered pics from my phone to my laptop, will resize and upload them in a few.

That's true, but I figured you weren't going to be technical about it.

Here's the tool I used. Basically it's just a simple two arm gear puller that I used to push the bushing out. I still haven't found my camera so sorry for the crappy photos

Then used some dish shop and.. done:

Car is still sitting on the lift waiting for my FA20Club intake so I can finish the oil cooler lines so I can't provide feedback until this weekend. Removing the old bushings was super easy with the above tool, I had tried it earlier with a much wider puller (same concept) and the arms were too wide to work, but any normal two arm puller should work if it's like the one in the pic.

What size 2 arm puller is that or do you have a link to Harbor Frieght of the one you used? I'm going to try this on the weekend. Do you think that 2 arm puller would work on some of the other bushings like the front control arm bushings? I ordered all the bushings from Whiteline but shops want to charge me over $600 to install 5 sets of bushings which is twice what I paid for the bushings which I'm not willing to pay and I'd rather do it myself but also don't want to buy a press since I live in an apartment.

This is basically the kit I used, although it wasn't the HF brand (same thing just under a different name, it was sitting in the cabinet, not sure where it was bought from): http://www.harborfreight.com/5-piece...set-66686.html

The puller is probably ~6" long. You can usually find them labeled "Two Swing Arm Puller" or similar. Three arm might work but it'd be awkward, the two arm is easy. That or the other method already posted (c clamp, steel tube and a bar/bearing press cup/etc).

As for the bushings, I use a press for that but I could see this method working on some bushings. The ones enclosed in a metal sleeve usually rust and and you'd just destroy the old bushing and leave part of it probably. That price for bushings is stupid high though (sounds high without knowing which bushings anyways).
