Not to hijack the thread, but yes, he did do it in view of the public. Google antenna-gate, or how he treated the NY student who wanted to do a research paper on his company. It got tons of press because of how much of a douche he was... to actual customers that bought his stuff.

He's only one guy and travels from state to state constantly. All well tuning, answering phone calls ect. As far as I know his customer service is top notch. For the record he tunes my cars and I actually trust him to the point that he has my GTR right now at his house and he lives 3 states away. The reason I'm on here is because I'm purchasing a frs. Very cool cars. I hope to make friends here as well and share my experiances( whether good or bad) with the community.

Looking to get one of these cars too soon as well. :happy0180:

Eh, pick one of the most eccentric CEOs and you still have to dig to find dirt like that. Even still, that behavior was the exception not the rule with jobs... Who was about as eccentric and egomanical as they come.

Why are we talking about Steve jobs here anyway? Is John Visconti supposed to be the ft86 Steve jobs?

Both incidents were all over tech new sites for a couple weeks LOL. No digging involved. There are quite a few memes created from them.

But my point isn't that Jobs was an ass, it's that people don't care as much about how the company appears if they have a product they want.

On Jobs-Wired magazine did a pretty good write up on his faults and strengths a few months back. I found it pretty informative.

I don't know if we'll be able to tune out the dip because for some reason this car makes a ton of down low torque for a 2.0. If the torque had just dropped off smoothly below 3k we would just think, "Oh, it's a high revving engine, you need to wind it out" but because they fiddled with it to give it nice putting around town torque everyone is "WHAAAAA TORQUE DIP!!!" instead.

Doesn't mean it's not nice to minimize it.

@Drift-Office

- Do you offer OTS tunes?? I think not, correct? (From quickly browsing this thread, I read you only do on-the-dyno, in-person, one-off, tunes).

- Have you broke 200whp on pump gas (no e85) yet? ...of course, with simple boltons/headers.

- How much is a tune from you?
