Sweet thank you for forgoing the return. In return for making my life easier I will make sure to purchase more things from grimmspeed in the future.
Which reminds me to ask what is the next thing you guys are building for the frs/brz? |

I'm glad I waited to get hood struts from Grimmspeed. Even though they sent everyone two of the same brackets (I was bummed when I went to install them this Saturday - got one side installed and that works fine for now), their handling of the situation was top-notch. They just jumped to the top of my list for favorite shops.

We only do USPS and FedEx here. For this size package, FedEx is more costly. If it has to go FedEx let me know, we can work something out. -Matt Homes |

And if I wanna send you the bracket back just because? You can't stop me :P
Funny tho, FedEx botched the delivery Saturday; partially because the buzzer panel for my condo is flaky, and this particular driver is a real piece of work. I had to have the package held at another location which takes an additional business day. So, I think it's probably all going to come together as I won't be able to pick it up until Wednesday. Thanks again for all you do! |

Wait all the packages have the same bracket? Like two left arms for example?
( I am going to open it just to make sure I was going to wait to install it because of weather but damn..

I paid last week but I haven't heard anything back about shipment. I assume this is because of the mix up. Is this correct?
