I love food! I need to start cooking more, but a small kitchen with no prep space and no grill is FTL

May i present Monster Tacos
The story of the Monster Taco comes from very humble beginnings. Tired of taco shells breaking/falling apart? Is there more tortilla than filling in your burrito? i have been trying to fix both these problems since i was little. first i started with all my favorite ingredients for tacos.

Then i had to figure out a way to freshin up the traditional taco meat. a lil potato o'brien w/ a medley of vegetables.

I of course had to pay a tribute to my insperation for this amazingness so we added some bacon! EPIC MEAL TIME FTW

And the rest is beautiful history

p.s. they were originally suppose to be monster burritos but too much filling lmao. whatchya think?

@Josh.

You should try it with Siracha! lol and instead of the typical Tomato rice... make kimchi fried rice with beef/shrimp or chicken. ;p

I'll settle for the Cornish pasty I made last night :p

Followed by a piece of the coffee cake I also made!

I'm happy, and NOT sharing with anyone, Haha.

No, your thread is now a part of historical record. Deleting it would be like getting rid of the constitution.

Ok this is an all time favorite in my house and a handed down family recipe.
Voodoo Burgers
Measurements are based per 1 1/2 pounds of meat, so add accordingly if you make more.

Package of ground top sirloin (1 1/2 pound approx)
Cut 2-3 inches off a tube of Jimmy Dean, or Neeses Hot country sausage and use those 2-3 inches in the mix
Salt and Pepper to taste ( I go heavy on the pepper)
Mix thoroughly

Next add:
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Texas Pete Hot Sauce
Mix thoroughly

Next take about 8-12 salted Ritz crackers and put them in a ziplock bag and beat with the back of a spoon until they look like fine sawdust

Add crushed Ritz crackers and 2 tablespoons of regular apple sauce.
Mix thoroughly

Form into patties and grill on med low heat until fairly done. note it has sausage in it so you do not want them undercooked.

Ususally serve plain on a bun without condiments, as not to ruin the taste

However, I like them on toasted seeded rye bread with melted Swiss cheese.

Enjoy.
