Same place you usually do? In the front?

It looks like there is room between the radiator and engine for a turbo (assuming electric radiator fans), then the FMIC goes in front of the radiator.

Like an ST205 Celica GT4 w/ FMIC

Thats not true, only the turbo's have the remote overflow reservoir, and the newest Legacy turbo motor doesn't have it either.
