Hey man, we haven't talk for a long time! This is Ken from Vancouver with the black Audi A3. Man looks like you are doing well! I started lurking around the forum ( thinking about getting a Brz) and I found your thread!

pcasso: What are you planning on doing to be on top of that list? It looks like you just need another 75whp or so and something like an R1 or A6 and you should be set.

I also took my E92 M3 to the track to get a base time which was a 1:31.8 compared to my best time in the FR-S 1:29.8 so this means the FR-S for now is 2 seconds quicker around a small track. Not bad for a car that has less than half the HP.
Nice choice in wheel!! I can see you are an owner with great taste! hahaha
Question, how come you switched to the weds from the Enkei's? The RPF1's are a pretty good wheel.

Whats up Ken, you should definitely pick one up. Its one of the best driver cars i have ever driven, not on the fast side but more on the fun side. You still have the A3?

Im trying out 225 R1'S next week and hoosiers later down the road. Its going to be tough to beat that list as the fastest street car runs under 1:20.0 its a fully built GT-3.

Thanks man,

I switched because i need two sets. The enkeis will wear 225 R1'S and on the Weds i will run 245 R1R'S or RS3'S.

Great build thread. If you want to add another track sticker to your car, come down to MSR Houston! Somewhat technical but nevertheless fun.

Ive been to MSR-H and loved it just not in the FR-S. I have a membership at harris hill road and they have a reciprocal membership with MSR so i can go to MSR-H any time i want, im thinking about going next month so i will hit you up man .

Any ways guys I finally got a chance to install the weds and man do they look great!!

Specs:

Wheels: Weds TC105N 17X9 +35
Tires: Toyo R1R 245/40/17

I also threw the Agency Power exhaust in the garbage and installed the invidia. Man what a difference in quality, the invidia is well built and sounds fantastic. The AP sounded a bit too loud and unrefined where as this exhaust sounds throaty and a bit more quiet. Props to invidia for easy of installation and fit and finish now we will see if it withstands the abuse.

Some pics of the cars interior setup with Status seats and custom roll bar!

I'm providing my monthly reminder that you should be racing. The car is almost there. A couple more bars, some other safety stuff and you should be off getting your racing license.

Ive got no idea about your state but in Texas i have no problem with inspection or insurance.

None actually, i had them mounted with planted seat bases and omp rails and i gained zero inches so i had them bolted down to the ground and now i have tons of clearance.

I know i should, i have my scca license. Maybe next year i will, now i just need to find more sponsors and get a bite more noticed. I will be entering global time attack this year as well as my local H2R Time Trials, we will see how it goes from there.

Cheers man :happy0180:
