If they run it correctly, lots of seat time on the same course. I've always seen different "stations," one with a slalom, one with a sweeper, one with a Chicago box, whatever they want you to work on. The next day they'll probably walk you thought the course as a smaller group than the novice walk-through and point out how what you did Saturday applies Sunday.

If you can make two days out of a weekend it's usually worth it just for the seat time.

If you're interested I can share the little bit of knowledge I have on the subject. I love rolling shots and I am completely okay with hanging out a window at high speed to get the shot, But I really want a rig.

a rig would be so much safer haha but I wouldn't mind hanging out the side of the car to get a shot much less driving

Stand by a slow road and practice on the cars moving by, once you master that move up to the highway . It's harder to get a really crisp subject and the perception of motion at lower speeds, but it's a lot easier to work on framing a moving subject.

And for everyone else, you need a camera with adjustable exposure controls to set the shutter speed slower. And if you have a fancy IS lens, make sure to turn off horizontal correction(made that mistake at an autocross a few years ago :facepalm
