Kinda depends on your feet too.

Nike shoes are more narrow while Adidas are wider (from what I've noticed).

Also what kind of support are you looking for high, mid or low ankle support.

And if you want to wear orthodics or not. :>

Well, well, I've fallen in love with this watch: http://usseagull.com/EnProductShow.a...ssID=89&ID=130

It's quite a bit of money to drop though, for a college student with no money. Should I just be a financially irresponsible 'murican (america! fuck yea!) and buy one? A used one at 200 dollars might be hard to turn down.

I hate folding laundry. I wish I had a big enough closet so I could just hang all my shirts up.

I vote be 'murican. That is a nice watch. Just get a credit card and use that to get one But seriously, don't do that.

Hm... I don't have much preference on high, mid, low. I need some lightweight basketball shoes that I can use to play once a week (indoor).

I'll look into both Adidas & Nike

Trying to find ways to reduce my payments right now. At the moment it's $579.24/month @ 3.49%. Paid under MSRP. GAP coverage through Toyota and 7 year/100k mile warranty/maintenance/whatever.

Thinking about dropping the 7 year/100k to reduce my payments but I don't know how much that'd help. Any thoughts or ideas from others?

drop the gap and extended warrenty. You have full coverage right? Check with your insurance provider and see if gap is included in your full coverage.

IIRC powertrain warrenty is 5/100?

I'm a bigger watch snob than wheel snob.

Go European. (After you finish school and make enough money, heh) Not that 'Best in China 2 whole year warranty' crap.

lol, I'd love an Omega DeVille (or whatever), one of them is pretty much perfect IMO, but this one hits pretty close to home on styling for me (I would prefer they make the font on those numbers different, that's about it), and they're supposedly good movements.

On watchuseek there are people with Swiss tourbillon watches who buy Seagulls so I figure they can't be too bad.

I would prefer larger links on the band, but otherwise I think that watch is perfect.

And there are people here that like the styling of Volk but buy Rota.

I can't afford a decent mechanical watch, so I don't wear one. What I like far outweighs what I can afford. Stupid bonerific skeletons...

Also I kind of want a split personality watch. An understated skeleton. No sense, I know...

Hey, you're not the only one. I like understated skeletons too.

The skeletons that literally have nothing covering the movement at all look silly IMO. Maybe cut away 1/3 of the face to show the stuff underneath, that would look nice IMO.

Haha I have "enough" money, I just think it's irresponsible to be plunking down such a large percentage of the bank account on a watch when I still owe my mom money for my car lol.

I have a Bank of America student card (with rewards, 3.3% on gas ), but the 1.1% rewards on generic purchases is not super great, and I already got the 100 dollars for spending 500 in the first 3 months rebate, so when I get a little more credit history and need to buy some stuff I'll try to get a CapitalOne Cash Rewards for 1.5% + another 100 bucks rebate lol.

See, I want a completely uncovered skeleton that isn't gaudy. But they are always 'Look at me!!!'

Monochrome, all steel skeleton. I just want to see it move. Don't care if other people can't see it across a room. Pinnacle of mechanical design and manufacturing.

Who would I go through to drop the warranty and GAP? Toyota Financial or a local dealer? The dealer I purchased my car from is a hell of a drive and I have a dealer within 5 miles of me so I'd rather go there if I needed to.
