I would be upset if any new car squeaked no matter what it cost. Price is irrelevant.

he "assumes" a porsche cayman is better built because it costs tons more! it costs more because the germans have been f**king people over for along a** time with their over priced "crap" ask yourself this!..WHY,O WHY, does ANY porsche have no better than an "average" repair record in consumer reports? if the "gotdamn" thing was so "superior" in build quality,OR engineering,it should have at least a better than average repair record over the years,BUT it DOESN'T! just about '"every" jap car made HAS a better than average,OR a much better than average repair record over years ,and years,at half,or better the price of PORSCHE! the germans are always touting their "alleged" superior engineering, but in reality, all they really do is produce a way over priced "sucker's" car
with an average repair record at best! |

Sorry I can't really help here because I don't have this particular issue... Whatever it is, I hope you get it resolved soon (could be something as simple as a bolt/plastic clip that popped out loose). Rattling and clicking while driving does annoy the cr4p out of me as well.
For example the first time I installed my home-link auto-dimming mirror. I over tightened a screw and it stripped the bracket. Had to order a new one because it was rattling against the windshield like no tomorrow. (That was purely my fault though) Anyways, back on topic... This car may be a $25,000 car... (or if you're like me and own a Limited BRZ $36,000...) but who is anyone to judge what is "cheap" and what is "expensive"... for another? You may be living a great life in a nice home, all set with your career and ready for retirement, but for some of us like me... just got out of school and working a job towards a career... that $25,000/$36,000 is quite a big chunk of my bank (or student loan if you used that lol). Just say'n... Respect others and they will respect you... Lets stop the ignorance. Anyways...moving along back onto the real topic!
