nearly all those plastics in the interior an all the skirts outside com out of a pre-series molds. No texture, no colours and the shape may differ in some detail. I guess, they show us a design here thats minimum a half year old.

From http://carscoop.blogspot.com/2011/10...-personal.html:

Quote:
the tachometer goes up to 9,000 rpm, with the red line starting at 7,500 rpm.
If that's the production redline, we're looking at a narrow powerband even if it produces 160 ftlbs (I think it'll be less). In order to make 200 hp:

160 ftlbs @ 6550 RPM
155 ftlbs @ 6750 RPM
150 ftlbs @ 7000 RPM

From the photo of tach, redline looks like 7400 to me:

Race was red flagged for a while but just restarted. Ft86 is out in the race again, so is 1 lfa. White isf is out. I've seen 10.2x laptimes. Car looks fantastic in real life. And it's small/low

If you're at the track, any chance we can get some dodgy camera phone photos/video/audio?

We can clearly see with the bonnet here that the camo/foam has been concealing the 2 grooves in the bonnet and haf loop around emblem that were in the concepts. This car looks so epic again with just a little camo off

Yeah, that would be the case... if it were only running the nuburgring nordschleife. Luckily, this race is the gp track (2 mile course) AND the nordschliefe (12.9 mile course).

Also...

I'm think we're doing quite fine for being comparatively underpowered next to damn near everything.

It's currently 3rd (out of 5, if I read it correctly) in its class:

122 258 Kagayama 12 5L 10:42.730 11:28.556 129.976 SP3 3.
