I wanna hear from the "yessers."

I haven't had my FR-S long enough to experience regret. I've liked it more and more everyday as it gets broken in and increasingly responsive. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the shallow trunk, but I've always had sedans and just need to get used to making more efficient use of space. That, and I have nightmares about riding in the rear seats. I'm 6'3" and it makes me claustrophobic even looking back there.

It may be interesting to check back on threads like this in a few years.

Yes, i regret it.

Will i learn to love it yes.

My first manual and i am so lazy. it doesn't fit my lifestyle.
My driveway sucks and almost always hits the bottom of the bumper.
is it beautiful? do i love it? yes.

but does it drive me mad slowly. right now yes haha.

i drive it once a week since i commute on train and only on weekends.
why i regret is based off my personality/usability

is it a great car? Heck yes and i can't drive people lol

What led you to this conclusion. Many problems for most people??? You can't go by a small number of people complaining on the internet. It would be my guess that most people are having no problems as has been my experience so far.

pay about $450 a month on the payment and $470 for insurance every six months and i only work part time so it gets a little tight paying for it (also paying for school and other things like phone bills and what not) but i would not give it up for anything

I'm #5 to say yes. I've owned it since August but its been in the shop for 60+ days. It's still there awaiting engine replacement.

If its been in the shop for over 60 days, it's probably just a crappy shop. An engine swap takes two days at best from someone with experience. Getting a hold of an FA20 may be an issue though. It is a new car after all. However, there is no reason that the entire engine should need to be replaced (unless you threw a rod through the block). Any company that manufactures engine internals should be able to make replacement parts for an engine as long as you give them the correct specs.

My god, why haven't you just asked for a replacement or refund? Obviously you want the same type of car, so you should have been in a new one weeks ago while they sort out the old one on their time.

See the number of low mileage cars in the FS section? Impulse buyers or people trying to flip 'em.

That sucks. I hope you get it back _very_ soon.
