It was done here locally at a shop called guardline, I'm pretty sure its something very similar to window tint.

Upgrades Coming Up Soon!
1.) Ceramic Coating Exhaust.
2.) Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines.
3.) New Brake Fluid.
4.) Diff Fluids.
